During the Coronavirus outbreak Lyndon Health Centre is closed to patients. We are operating a telephone call system only, if you need to be seen after speaking to our clinical team we will invite you to our partner site at Great Bridge Health Centre, located near Asda Great Bridge the address is Unit 18 Great Bridge Street, West Bromwich, B70 0BF.
Ring us to discuss what to do about your repeat prescriptions if you require medication.
